Check out Velonews' tech guru Lennard Zinn's helpful advice here about removing a stuck seatpost. I had this happen with a steel frame with a carbon seatpost.
"Waffles" are in the title of my blog, but that doesn't mean I'm going to be writing a lot about what I had for breakfast. But I do love waffles. I love road cycling more, though, and that will be the blog's central topic. I'm also interested in the power of place - how it influences our cycling experience. For now, my place is China - the southern part of the country that doesn't get much media attention. I'm a roadie who can't sprint but can climb fairly well on a good day.
